Award in memory of Dr. Emil Benatov in Kyiv

The award ceremony of the Contest in memory of Dr. E. Benatov for young inventors took place on
June 15th, 2018. The winners were greeted during celebration of the 25th anniversary of Patent & TM Bureau “Dr. Emil Benatov & Partners”. The selection criteria were quite strict: - up-to-date and innovative solution; - patent for an invention/UM; - victory in international competitions and participation in international exhibitions. The jury consisting of prof. Yurij Kuzntscov, ph.d. Leonid Cherepov, senior lecturer Andrej Stepanyuk, senior lecturer Tatyana Shablij, senior lecturer Aleksej Bogdanov, Valeriya Pichko, Konstantin Efremov, Viktoriya Prishchepa decided to divide the prize fund between the finalists of the competition. The prize finlly went to students of the Polytechnic Lyceum of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute: - Sofiya Lazarova for the project "Device for helioplant orienting", - Nataliya Monina for the project "Electrical generator". Encouraging awards were given to: - lyceum student Maksim Kovalenko for the project "Method for processing rubber tires with steel cord or their fragments", - lyceum student Vyacheslav Antsybor for the project "Alternative energy source for vehicles", - students of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Ivan Yakimov and Andrej Samojlenko for the project "Rotary-field motor". Congratulations to the winners! We hope that next year even more young inventors will participate in our contest.
