Earlier this year, we wrote about the European Union programme for co-funding of trademark and design applications. This programme provides an opportunity to have 50% of the official fees for trademark and design applications refunded and in this way, it enables small and medium enterprises to make significant savings when protecting their brands and products. We remind that only two application windows remain. The first one is currently running and ends on 31 July 2021. The next and final one is from 1 to 30 September 2021.
